Step-by-step instructions for requesting the complete removal of your WhatsApp messaging data and records.

In compliance with Meta Platform Policies for the WhatsApp Business Cloud API and Indian data protection guidelines, this page provides explicit, concrete instructions on how any devotee or user can request the deletion of their personal information, phone number, and WhatsApp messaging history held in our systems.
Processing Timeframe
Completed within 30 calendar days of receiving your request.
User Confirmation
You will receive an official confirmation notice once your data is purged.
Full Erasure
Phone numbers, message records, and opt-in logs are permanently wiped.
You can submit your data deletion request using either of the two concrete methods described below. Both methods are monitored directly by our administrative office:
Method A: Via WhatsApp Chat (Fastest)
If you have active access to the WhatsApp account registered with us, send the automated deletion trigger:
- Step 1:Open WhatsApp on your mobile phone or computer.
- Step 2:Open a chat with our official Ashram WhatsApp number: +91 9420390223.
- Step 3:Type and send the exact command:
DELETE MY DATA - Step 4:Our system automatically logs a deletion ticket, halts any further outgoing broadcasts to your number, and schedules your message history for purging.
Method B: By Official Email
If you prefer email or no longer have access to WhatsApp, email our administrative team directly:
- Step 1:Open your preferred email client.
- Step 2:Send an email to: abcspofficial@gmail.com.

Upon verification of your request, our technical administrators will expunge the following data from all active databases and Cloud API storage:
Subscriber Phone Number
Permanently removed from our active WhatsApp broadcast lists and devotee messaging database.
Message History & Transcripts
All incoming inquiries, conversational texts, and outbound replies stored on our servers.
Delivery & Read Status Records
Webhook delivery receipts, read timestamps, and messaging telemetry logs.
Opt-In Consent Records
Consent timestamps and devotee profile metadata linked to your WhatsApp identifier.
While all communication data is completely removed upon request, certain records must be retained under specific statutory Indian laws:
- Turnaround Time: All eligible data deletion requests are processed and completed within 30 calendar days from the receipt of your request.
- Email Requests Confirmation: You will receive a direct reply to your email confirming that your phone number and records have been expunged.
- WhatsApp Requests Confirmation: If you requested via WhatsApp, our automated bot will send an acknowledgement ticket, followed by a final confirmation prior to the termination of the record.
